The Subject Of The Contract Is: Delivery Of A Multifunctional Truck Driving Simulator. The Concise Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz (Technical Specification Of The Subject Of The Contract). The Removal Requires That The Contractor: 1) Guarantee The Delivery, Installation And Launch Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Technical Parameters Described In Attachments No. 1 To Swz; 2) Provided The Implementation And Training Of The Subject Of The Contract (In The Scope Of Use And Maintenance) At Least 6 Employees Of The Ordering Party. The Contractor Will Describe The Training In The Delivery And Acceptance Report; 3) Provided A Guarantee For The Subject Of The Contract For A Period Of At Least 24 Months, Calculated From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Report By The Representative Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor. As Part Of The Warranty Granted, The Employer Requires Periodic Inspections At Least Once Every 12 Months From The Moment Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol, The Last Review In The Last Month Of The Warranty. 4) Provided The Operating Instructions For The Subject Of The Contract In Polish Or With The Translation Into Polish And The Warranty Card; Delivery Of The Subject Of The Contract At The Contractors Expense In The Place Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Allowed To Marketing In The Eu And Marked With The Ce Mark And Meet The Requirements Of Technical Standards Used In Poland And Legal Norms Of The European Union Security Or Equivalent Standards. The Order Of The Contract Must Consist Of Factory New Parts Or Elements. Parts Or Elements Included In The Driving Simulator Should Not Be Used, Not Regeneration, Not After Regeneration.
