The Subject Of The Contract Is The Task Of Development Of A General Plan For The Ruda-Huta Commune Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended) And Participation In Activities Related To The Preparation And Adoption Of A General Plan. The Study Applies To The Entire Area Of The Ruda-Huta Commune Within Its Administrative Borders. 4.2. The Scope Of Services Includes, In Particular: 1) Performing Works Related To The Implementation Of Planning Activities Specified In The Act On Spatial Planning And Development Regarding The Preparation Of A Draft General Plan Of The Ruda-Huta Commune In Accordance With The Resolution Of The Ruda-Huta Commune Council No. Vi/35/2024 Of November 13, 2024 On Joining The General Plan Of The Ruda-Huta Commune, And According To Procedures And Problems Specified In: A) The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130), B) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 8, 2023 On The Draft General Plan Of The Commune, Documenting Planning Works In The Scope Of This Plan And Issuing Extracts And Outlets (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758), C) The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of May 2, 2024 On The Method Of Determining The Area Of Complement To The Building In The General Plan (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 729), D) The Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of 9 September 2002 On Ecofisographic Studies (Dz. U. Of 2002 No. 155, Item 1298), E) The Act Of 8 March 1990 On Municipal Self -Government (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1465), F) The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And On Environmental Impact Assessments (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112), G) On Revitalization (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 278), H) Special Laws And Provisions Regarding, Including Environmental Protection, Nature, Monuments, Water Law, Protection Of Agricultural And Forestry Land, Public Roads, Etc., I) Based On Necessary Local Visions, Urban Inventory And Landscape Studies As Well Voivodships, Government Tasks And National Programs As Well As In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law In This Respect And Taking Into Account The Conditions Affecting The General Plan Document, Including A Small Area Of The Commune Covered By The Local Plan. 2) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 8 To Swz.
