Tenders Are Invited For Conducting A Swimming Learning Course For 30 Children/Youth Of Ukrainian Origin From Unicef.

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Consisting In Conducting A Swimming Learning Course For 30 Children/Youth Of Ukrainian Origin From Unicef. 2. The Contractor Undertakes To Implement A Total Of 192 Didactic Hours (Group Classes) In May 2025 To December 20, 2025 For 3 Groups X 8H/M-C X 8 Months. For One Group 64 Didactic Hours. 3. Swimming Classes Will Be Conducted In Groups Of Up To 11 People. 4. The Participants Of The Course Will Be Children And Youth Of Ukrainian Origin Staying In Facilities In The City Of Łódź. 5. Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present To The Employer The Swimming Course Schedule For Each Group. 6. Within 2 Business Days, The Employer Shall Accept Or Pay Attention To The Swimming Course Proposed By The Contractor. 7. Within 2 Business Days Of Sending Comments By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Is Obliged To Apply Corrections And Send The Final Version Of The Contracting Authority. 8. Classes In The School Months Will Take Place In The Afternoon (16: 00-20: 00 Monday-Friday) Or On Weekends (10: 00-18: 00) In The Event Of A Holiday Break (July-August) Classes Will Take Place In (10: 00-20: 00 Monday-Piątek) Or On Weekends (10: 00-18: 00). The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide Students With Basic Nnw Insurance For The Duration Of Classes, For The Sum Of Insurance Not Less Than Pln 15,000.00 And Present The Policy No Later Than On The Day Of The First Class. A Copy Of The Policy Will Be Annex 2 To The Contract. If During The Performance Of The Contract It Turns Out That The Above Policy Or Other Insurance Document Will Expire, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Maintain Nnw Insurance For The Period Of This Contract And Submit To The Contracting Authority Immediately, Not Later Than Up To 3 Days From The Date Of Expiry Of The Validity Of The Previous Policy10. The Swimming Learning Course Will Be Conducted By A Person/Person With/Ce Rights Of A Swimming Instructor In Particular With The Act Of 25 June 2010 On Sport And The Regulation Of The Minister Of Labor And Social Policy Of 7 August 2014 On The Classification Of Professions And Specialties For The Needs Of The Labor Market And The Scope Of Its Application Or The Corresponding Valid Rights Issued On The Basis Of Other Legal Provisions Or Relevant Provisions In The Country, From Which Person. 11. The Contractor Declares That There Are No Circumstances For The Person/Persons Indicated For The Performance Of The Order, Excluding The Possibility Of Working With Children And Young People, In Accordance With The Act Of 13 May 2016. On Counteracting Threats Of Sexual Crime (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 560) And This Person Is Not In The National Criminal Register To The Extent Indicated In The Abovementioned Act. 12. This Agreement Was Concluded For A Definite Period: From The Date Of Signing To 31.12.2025 Or Until The Value Of The Contract Is Exhausted, Depending On What Will Take Place First. 13.
