3.1. Pursuant To Art. 37 Para. 2 Of The Pzp Act. These Proceedings Are Conducted By The Redzikowo Commune On Behalf Of And For The Bajka Commune Kindergarten In Jezierzyce. 3.2. A Public Procurement Contract Will Be Signed By A Fixed Representative Of The Bajka Commune Kindergarten In Jezierzyce. 3.3. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1. The Subject Of The Contract Includes A Service Regarding The Preparation And Transport Of Meals To Children To The Municipal Kindergarten Bajka In Jezierzyce And Branches Of The Bajka Commune Kindergarten In Siemianice In The 2025/2026 School Year For A Total Of 207 People (Preschool Children), 36 Children From 1 Year To 3 Years Old, And Receipt Of Nutritional Residues According To The Following Division: 1) Estimated Number Of Preschool Children - 207 Children, 2) Estimated Number Of Nursery Children - 36 Children, 3) A Total Estimated Number Of Days On Which Meals Will Be Issued Both In The Departments And In The Nursery Ward - 272 Days, The Order Should Be Carried Out, Successively According To The Acting Needs From 02.06.2025 To 31.08.2026.
