Tenders Are Invited For Provision Of Nutrition Services For The Needs Of: Primary School No. 1 With The Preschool, Primary School No. 3 And The School And Preschool Complex In Lidzbark Warmiński
1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Providing Nutrition Services For The Needs Of Primary School No. 1 With A Kindergarten Department, Primary School No. 3, School And Preschool Complex In Lidzbark Warmiński And It Includes: 1) Preparation Of Full Board (Including Breakfast, Lunch, Soup, Second Dish And Compote Or Dessert) For: A) Kindergarten No. 6 Included In The Team No. 6 Included In The Team Szkolno-Preschool At Ul. Polna 36 In Lidzbark Warmiński; B) Kindergarten Department At Primary School No. 1 At Ul. Szkolna 2 In Lidzbark Warmiński; 2) Preparation Of Dinner (Including A Second Course And Compote) For: A) Primary School No. 1 Nicolaus Copernicus In Lidzbark Warmiński, Ul. Szkolna 2; B) Primary School No. 3 I. Krasicki In Lidzbark Warmiński; C) Primary School No. 4 John Paul Ii, Which Is Part Of The School And Preschool Complex In Lidzbark Warmiński. 2. The Services Referred To In Para. 1 Point 1 Will Be Rendered In The Period From 09/09/2025 To 31/07/2026, Then From 01/09/2026 To 30/07/2027, From Monday To Friday On The Days Of Taking Care Of Pupils, Excluding Public Holidays. 3. The Services Referred To In Para. 1 Point 2 Will Be Provided In The Period From June 2, 20125 To 25.06.2026. Then From 02/09/2026 To 24/06/2027 From Monday To Friday On School Days, Excluding Public Holidays From Classes And Established As Free From Classes By The Director Of A Given Institution. 4. A Detailed Scope And Parameters Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Contained In A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Sopz)- Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In Sopz And In The Template Of The Contract Constituting Annex 11 To Swz.
