1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Service Of Organizing Activating And Psychological Classes At The Senior Activity And Volunteer Center In Choszczno As Part Of The Social Silver Project Under The European Funds Program For West Pomerania 2021-2027 Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Part I: Conducting Class Workshops At The Senior Activity And Volunteer Center In Choszczno2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes: Information On Parts I, Ii And Iii Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Senior Activity And Volunteer Center In Choszczno Aims To Increase The Involvement Of The Local Community And Maintain This Age Group In Activity And Independence, As Well As The Development And Promotion Of The Idea Of Volunteer Activities Of Seniors Based On Srz Foundations And The Provincial Program For Seniors 2023-2027 In The Province West Pomeranian. 2) The Senior Activity And Volunteer Center In Choszczno Will Operate For 54 Months. 3) As Part Of The Senior Activity And Volunteer Center In Choszczno, 100 Project Participants (80K, 20M). 4) The Senior Activity And Volunteer Center In Choszczno Will Take Part In The Hall Of The Choszczno Culture Center, With Which The Ordering Party Has The Agreement Concluded, During The Caiws Functioning Hours From Monday To Friday 9.00-19.00.5) At The Center For Senior Activity And Senior Implemented Classes For People Who Need Support In The Activity And Independence Of The Elderly 60+ - The Elderly Of The So -Called Seniors, According To The Definition Of An Elderly Person From The Act Of 11 September 2015 On The Elderly, I.E. Persons Under The Age Of 60. 6) Classes At The Senior Activity And Volunteer Center In Choszczno Will Be Occupational Workshops, Physical Classes And Psychological Counseling. 7) The Entity Implementing The Senior Activity And Volunteer Center In Choszczno Will Monitor Their Benefit And Provides Their High Quality, Understood At Least As Compliance With The Minimum Requirements Specified For These Services In The Efs Plus Guidelines. 8) The Contractor Will Appoint An Employee - A Specialist In The Senior Activity And Volunteer Center In Choszczno, Authorized To Represent The Contractor During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract And Contact With The Employer, Who Will Be Personally At The Weekly Meetings Of The Project Team In The Project Office In The Project Office.
