Tenders Are Invited For Update Of The Szbi Documentation, System Implementation And Training For The Implementation Of The Project Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity At The Dmosin Commune Office
The Subject Of The Contract Is The Update Of The Szbi Documentation, Implementation Of The System And Training For The Needs Of The Project Increasing The Level Of Cyber Security At The Dmosin Commune Office. The Subject Of The Contract Consists Of The Following Tasks: Task 1, Including: Updating The Documentation Of The Information Security Management System (Szbi) Task 2, Including Conducting: 1. Specialist Training For The Management, 2. Training For Employees Building And Strengthening Awareness Of Cyber Threads3. Training For Employees Related To Social Engineering Tests4. Implementation Of The Software For The Audit And Maintenance In The Relevance Of Szbi5. As Part Of The Implementation Of This Order, The Employer Requires The Provision Of A Service Guarantee Of The Quality Supervision And Updating Care For The Szbi Documentation And The Audit Software And Maintenance Software, From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol By The Ordering Party, Which Is Confirming The Performance Of This Subject Of The Contract. Annex 1 To Swz Together With Attachments And In The Contract Template (Annex 10 To Swz). The Commissioner Does Not Provide For The Submission Of Variant And Partial Offers. 6. The Scope Of The Project Increasing The Level Of Cybersecurity At The Dmosin Commune Office. The Scope Of This Procedure Is A Functional Whole, Its Further Division Is Unprecedented From The Point Of View Of Achieving The Purpose Of The Project. The Subject Of The Contract Is To Update The Documentation Of The Information Security Management System And Training, Which Must Be Consistent With Updated Szba Documentation And Provide Complementary Knowledge In The Field Of Cyber Security. Therefore, The Optimal Solution Will Be To Make Full Documentation And Trainings By One Entity. This Does Not Violate The Rules Of Fair Competition And Does Not Limit The Possibility Of Applying For The Order To Smaller Entities. The Value Of This Order Is Lower Than The So -Called Eu Thresholds That Oblige To Implement The Eu Directives. Directive 2014/24/Eu In The Content Of The Motif 78 Indicates That In Order To Increase Competition, The Contracting Institutions Should Be In Particular Encouraged To Divide Large Parts Into Parts. The Contract In Question Is Not A Large Order Within The Meaning Of The Theme 78 Of The Eu Directive Cited (The Directive Applies To The So -Called Eu Thresholds, And The Directive Uses The Concept Of A Large Order On The Basis Of Orders Subject To The Directive, I.E. Orders With A Value Significantly Exceeding The So -Called Eu Thresholds) Comprehensive Performance.
