Tenders Are Invited For Projects In The Field Of Collection, Transport And Disposal Of Asbestos Containing Waste In Farms From The City And Commune Of Mordy

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Reception, Loading, Transport And Utilization Of Asbestos-Containing Products From The Roofing Of Buildings, Located On 38 Properties Located In The City And Commune Of Mordy (Asbestos-Cement And Flat And Flat Plates Already Dismantled), In The Estimated Amount Of 202.192 Mg.2. The Contracting Authority Assumes That 1 M2 Of Eternit Weighs 15 Kg. 3. After Signing The Contract, The Contractor Will Receive A List Of Real Estate From Which Asbestos Products Are To Be Neutralized From The Ordering Party To Contact The Owners And Agree On The Date Of The Service. 4. The Contractors Obligations: 1) The Contractor Should Have A Contract Of Cooperation With The Landfill, To Which Asbestos Containing Waste Will Be Transferred, Together With The Appropriate Decision For The Landfill Authorizing The Operation Of The Dangerous Waste Installation; 2) The Contractor Will Contact And Arrange A Convenient Date With The Owner Of The Property To The Property And The Receipt Of Asbestos Works; 4) The Contractors Duties Include Cleaning Up The Area Consisting In Taking And Removing Asbestos, And To Provide A Document Confirming The Reliability Of The Work And Cleaning The Area From Asbestos; 5) The Contractor Shall Provide The Employer With Documents Confirming The Adoption Of Waste From The Property Owner (Waste Record Card And The Transmission Card Of The Contractor) Verified By The Office Employee) Municipalities; 6) The Contractor Becomes The Owner And Manufacturer Of All Hazardous Waste Collected From The Owners Of The Property; 7) The Contractor Will Provide The Employer With Documents Confirming The Acceptance Of Waste To The Utilization Site (Waste Transfer Card To The Landfill), Provides Min. 5 Photos (Taken At Various Stages Of Works, Colorful, Good Quality) Illustrating The Course Of The Undertaking. 8) The Contractor Shall Bear Full Liability For Damages Caused By His Action Or Oversight Related To The Implementation Of This Contract. 9) The Contractor Undertakes To Carry Out Works In Accordance With The Law And Security Rules. 5.
