Low-Floor Buses-Delivery In The Form Of Lease 64 Pieces Of Low-Floor Buses (36 Single-Part And 28 Articulated) Together With The Service. The Subject Of This Order Is: 1) The Contractor To The Contracting Authority In The Form Of A Lease For A Period Of 10 Years Of 64 Pieces Of Factory New, City Low -Floor Buses (36 Single And 28 Articulated), Without Indirect Degrees In The Middle Transition And Without Steps In All Doors), Meeting The Requirements Specified In Paragraph. 2 Chapter Iv Of Swz And In Annexes No. 12A, 12B, 12C And 12D To Swz, 2) Granting By The Contractor To The Employer The Authorization Of The Authorized Service Station (Aso) In The Field Of Service And Repair Of Delivered Buses For A Period Equal To The Lease Period, I.E. 10 Years, In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In The Service Contract, Constituting An Attachment No. 11B To Swz, 3) The Subject Of The Lease In The Usefulness Of Use Throughout The Entire Rental Period, Which The Contractor Will Commission To The Employer On The Principles Set Out In The Service Contract, Constituting Annex 11B To Swz, 4) The Contractor To Be Made To The Employer To The Paid Delivery Of Workshop Equipment, For Which The Contractor Will Provide A Guarantee, In Accordance With The Manufacturer/Contractors Warranty, But Not Less Than 12 Months From The Day Of Signing Acceptance, 5) Training By The Contractor Of The Employers Employees To The Extent Indicated In The Bus Lease Agreement, Constituting Annex 11A To Swz, 6) The Provision Of The Technical Documentation By The Contracting Authority Described In The Bus Lease Agreement, Constituting Annex 11A To Swz, 7) Transfer Of The Software With Licenses, In The Quantity Allowing For Free Use Of All Bus Functionality.
