The Subject Of The Contract Is The Successive Delivery Of Multi -Season (Standard: Summer, Transition And Winter) Diesel Oil (Called Interchangeably Fuel, Liquid Fuels) Along With Delivery To The Tanks At The Contracting Station Of The Ordering Party, Ul. Piaskowa 1, Up To 1,300,000 (One Million Three Hundred) Liters (1,300 M3) In The Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract. This Is The Maximum Value Of The Order. Monthly Supplies Of Diesel Oil Will Be About 54,000 Liters, The Average Disposable Delivery Size Will Be About 18,000 Liters, The Minimum One -Time Delivery Will Be 5,000 Liters, The Maximum One -Time Delivery Will Be 20,000 Liters. The Indicated Amount Of Diesel Is An Estimated Quantity And May Change. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Not Use The Entire Order During The Period Covered By The Contract. The Minimum Order Of The Contract Will Be 70% Of The Subject Of The Contract. 4.2. The Occurrence Of The Circumstances Referred To In Point 4.1 Above Will Reduce The Remuneration Of The Contractor Due Under The Concluded Contract. The Contractors Are Not Entitled To Any Claims If The Order Is Not Used Entirely. 4.3. The Contractor Guarantees That The Fuel Sold Will Meet The Quality Requirements Set Out In The Ordinance Of The Minister Of The Climate And The Environment Of 26 June 2024 On The Quality Requirements For Liquid Fuels And The Requirements Specified In The Applicable Standard Pn-En 590: 2022-08 Or Equivalent (Fuel For Motor Vehicles-Drive Oils-Requirements And Methods Of Research) And The Requirements Of All Legal Changes In This Respect. In The Event Of A Discrepancy Between The Polish Norm And The Qualitative Regulation, Priority Will Always Have A Regulation As A Generally Binding Normative Act. The Contractor Will Provide The Quality Certificate Of Diesel With An Accredited Laboratory With Each Delivery. 4.4. The Contractor Will Deliver Diesel Oil To Tanks At The Employers Petrol Station Ul. Piaskowa 1 On Weekdays, From Monday To Friday, Round The Clock, Excluding Public Holidays 4.5. The Contractor Will Provide Diesel Oil Using Means Of Transport (Auto -Sets) That Meet The Standards Provided For In The Provisions Regarding Environmental Protection. 4.6.
