The Client Invites Suppliers To Apply For The Allocation Of Service Licenses For The Service Practical Assistance, Organized As User -Controlled Personal Assistance (Bpa). The Service User-Controlled Personal Assistance (Bpa) Is Provided In Accordance With:- Section 3-8 Of The Health And Care Services Act User-Controlled Personal Assistance: The Municipalities Shall Be Offered Personal Assistance Under Section 3-2, First Paragraph, No. 6, Letter B, In The Form Of Practical Assistance And Training, Organized As User-Controlled Personal Assistance. - Section 2-1 D. The Client Is Obliged To Make Their Purchase Of Bpa Services From The Suppliers A Service License Contract Has Been Signed. The Individual Bpa Users Choice Will Determine Which (N) Supplier (S) Client Will Order Bpa Services From. After Ordering, The Suppliers Are Obliged To Provide The Services Within The Framework Of Current Laws And Regulations, The Municipalities Individual Decisions On Bpa And Enclosed Contract. As Of April 2025, A Total Of 666.5 Hours Have Been Made A Weekly Weekly Distributed To 9 Users. The Procurement Is Carried Out In Accordance With Act June 17, 2016 No. 73 On Public Procurement (Procurement Act) And Regulation 12 August 2016 No. 976 On Licensing Contracts Part I And Iii. The Client Plans To Award Service Licenses Without Having A Dialogue With The Suppliers Beyond Any Clarifications/Corrections.
