Tenders Are Invited For Order For A Framework Agreement With The Subject Of The Selection Of Contractors For The Provision Of Investment Services For Various Sites On The Territory Of The Sofia Municipality - Mladost District And The Implementation Of Copyright Supervision During The Implementation Of The Construction On Two Lots
The Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For Carrying Out Investment And Development Design And Implementation Of Copyright Supervision During The Construction, For The Needs Of Sofia Municipality - Mladost District, Including The Following Lots: Lot # 1 Investment Design Of Buildings For The Needs Of Mladost District Lot 2 Investment Design Of Networks And Facilities Of The Technical Infrastructure For The Needs Of Mladost District The Purpose Of This Procedure Is To Conclude A Framework Agreement, In Which All The Conditions For The Award Of Public Procurement Contracts For The Development Of Investment Projects In Different Phases Of Design And Implementation Of Copyrights During The Construction For The Needs Of The Sofia Municipality - Mladost District Are Not Determined. By Awarding This Contract, The Contracting Authority Seeks To Select Potential Contractors Of The Subject Of The Contract With Professional Qualifications And Practical Experience In The Field Of Investment And Development Design, To Which The Mladost District Will Commission The Implementation Of The Activities Of The Subject Of The Contract. In Practice, The Type, Number And Need To Carry Out And Manufacture Of Feasibility Studies And Assignments, Conceptual Projects, Technical Projects, Work Projects, Visualizations, Complex Projects For Investment Initiative, Technical Expertise And Others Related To The Subject Of The Public Procurement, Of Buildings, Networks And Facilities Of The Technical Infrastructure Could Not Be Determined. In View Of This, The Contracting Authority, In Order To Provide For Each Case, The Receipt Of Services From Persons With Experience And Professional Qualification In This Field, And In Order To Achieve Expediency In Spending The Funds In The Budget Of The Municipality Designated For This Activity, And Other Sources Of Financing, As Well As Compliance With The Basic Principles Of The Ppa, Decides To Make An Open Procedure For Opening The Procedure For Conclusion. I Of The Public Procurement Act, With A Period Of Implementation Of 2 Years From The Date Of Signing The Agreements With Potential Contractors For Each Separate Position Individually, Which Meet The Conditions Previously Announced By The Contracting Authority.
