The Subject Of The Contract Is Delivery Of Fuel For Heating (Gas Oil/Diesel) Of Schools, Kindergartens, Service Units And Social Establishments, Diesel Engine, Gasoline And Gas Propane-Butane For The Vehicles Of Krumovgrad Municipality By Lots On Diesel Engine, Gasoline And Gas Propane-Butane For The Vehicles Of Krumovgrad Municipality ”. The Subject Of Lot 1 Is Provided: Estimated Quantity For A Period Of 3 Years In Lot 1 Is 350 000 Liters Of Heating Fuel (Gas Oil/Diesel). The Quoted Quantity Is Estimated For The Entire Period Of The Contract, With The Final Buyer As A Matter Of The Need For The Needs During The Period Of Operation Of The Contract, And The End Seller Will Not Claim Responsibility If The Same Is Not Acquired As A Whole. The Buyer Can Declare And Receive An Additional Up To +10% Of The Estimated Quantity. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Francosclants Of The End Buyer, Franco Krumovgrad As Follows: 1. The Subject Of Lot 2 Is Provided: Estimated Quantity For A Period Of 3 Years In Lot 2 Is As Follows: Diesel Engine - 350,000 Liters; A95h Gasoline - 50,000 Liters. Gas Propane-Butane- 25,000 Liters. The Quantities And Distribution By Species Are Estimated And The Buyer Has The Right To Increase Them Or Decrease Them Within The Term Of The Contract Depending On Their Needs. The End Buyer Will Absorb According To The Needs That Have Arisen During The Period Of Operation Of The Contract, And The End Seller Will Not Claim Responsibility If The Estimated Quantities Are Not Absorbed As A Whole. The Buyer Can Declare And Receive An Additional Up To +10% Of The Estimated Quantity.
