The Following Construction Activities Are Envisaged: - Dismantling Of Existing Thermal Insulation On The Facade Of The Building And Its Replacement With New External Insulation Eps With A Coefficient Of Thermal Conductivity Λ≤0,034 W/Mk And Thickness D = 14 Cm.; - Installation Of New Energy -Efficient Air -Conditioning Aggregates For Cooling In Summer Mode; - Replacement Of A Subscriber Station; - Performance Of A Photovoltaic Plant For Own Needs; - Complete Replacement Of All Luminaires With Ice Panels 60/60 Cm; - Providing An Accessible Environment Through A Staircase Platform For Disadvantaged People With Inclined Movement. With The Packet Of Measures Provided For Implementation, The Building Will Reach The B Class Of Energy Consumption. The Scope Of Work Includes A Minimum, But Is Not Limited, In The Following Obligations Of The Contractor Under This Public Procurement: · Preparation Of The Construction Site; · Delivery Of Materials, Provision Of Mechanization, Workforce And Any Services And Activities Necessary For The Execution Of Construction; · Implementation Of Construction Works In Accordance With The Approved Project And The Technical Specification; · Employment, Preparation And Submission Of Complete Executive Documentation Of The Site; · Removal Of Defects During Warranty Periods In Accordance With The Regulatory Framework; · Implementation Of The Administrative Requirements For The Activity Of The Contractor In Accordance With The Applicable Regulations, This Specification And The Contract For The Implementation Of Construction Works.
