The New Nursing Home Will Be Built On Nibevej 331 According To The Current Local Plan For The Area. The Nursing Home Must Be Demented, Which Means That The Construction Must Accommodate Citizens With Moderate To Severe Dementia. The Homes Must Be Flexible One-Room Housing, All Of The Same Size. The Nursing Home Is Divided Into A Number Of Bo Groups That Must Consist Of 6-8 Homes. 2 Bo Groups In The Immediate Vicinity Of Each Other Must Constitute One Housing Unit. Common Areas Are Established With Exit For Outdoor Stays In The Form Of Terraces, Balconies And Terrain, Focusing On Safety -Creating Living Areas.
