Electricity - The Purchase In Centralized System Of Electricity. The Object Of This Procurement Is The Signing Of A Centralized Framework Agreement, For The Supply Of Electricity, The Conditions As Well As The Legal, Financial, Technical And Administrative Framework, In Order To Provide The Products Described By The Specification, Respectively Electricity, According To The Specifications. The Acquisition Of The Electric Current Will Allow The Performance Of The Users Activity Under Optimal Conditions And Will Ensure The Electricity Requirement For A Period Of 36 Months. The Requested Products That Are The Subject Of This Procurement Procedures, In The Quantities Provided, Are Included In The Annex No. 1 Of The Specifications. In The Context Of The Role And Duties That Uca Has, Considering That The Products Are Included In The List Of Procurement Categories That Will Be Made In The Centralized System, Uca Carries Out This Award Procedure In Order To Sign A Centralized Framework Agreement, Which Will Be The Basis On Which Users Will Conclude Subsequent Contracts In Their Own Name, Depending On Their Concrete Needs. Thus, Uca Carries On This Procedure To Conclude A Centralized Framework Agreement On Behalf And For A Number Of 21 Main Users, 3 Secondary Users Based On The Centralized Framework Agreement Assigned By Uca, Its Beneficiary Users Will Conclude The Subsequent Contracts.
