The Subject Of The Contract Is The Performance Of A Stationary Service Consisting Of Comprehensive Technical And Organizational Service Of The European Cybersecurity Competition Here As The Subject Of The Order Or Event. 2. The Date Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract: 1) The Contract, Constituting Annex 7 To Swz, Hereinafter Referred To As The Contract Shall Apply From The Date Of Conclusion To The Time All Obligations Specified In The Contract And Annex 1 To Swz-Sopz-Sopz, Hereinafter The Validity Of E.G. The Period Of § 12 Para. 2 Contracts (Confidentiality Of Information). 2) The Event Will Take Place In Warsaw At The Central Sports Center Torwar At Ul. Łazienkowska 6A On October 6-9, 2025. 3. Number Of Participants: Maximum 800 People. The Minimum Amounts Of People Are Specified In Point 6 Sopz. 4. The Employer Reserves That The Final Number Of Participants Will Be Given To The Contractor Within A Period Of Not Later Than 10 Business Days Before The Organization Of The Event. The Employer Reserves That In Addition, People Employed By The Employer To Protect The Participants And Space Rented By The Employer For The Needs Of The Event Will Stay During The Event. 5. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Hereinafter Referred To As Sopz) Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Negotiations To Improve The Content Of Offers Submitted In Response To The Contract Notice. 7. Pursuant To Art. 5K Of The Council Regulation (Eu) No 833/2014 Of 31 July 2014 Regarding Funds In Connection With Russias Actions Destabilizing The Situation In Ukraine, Amended By Regulation 2022/57, Hereinafter Referred To As Regulation 833/2014, It Is Prohibited Within The Meaning Of Directive 2014/24/Eu, Referred To In Art. 5K Of This Regulation If There Are Over 10 % Of The Order Value. 8. The Purchaser Does Not Provide For The Possibility Of Awarding The Contract Referred To In Art. 214 Para. 1 Point 7) Of The Pzp Act. 9. The Purchaser Does Not Provide For Requirements For The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 95 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act. 10. The Analysis Of The Subject Of The Contract Shows That Art. 100 Of The Pzp Act Applies. The Sopz Includes The Requirements For The Availability Of Disabled People Referred To In Art. 100 Of The Pzp Act.
