Expression of Interest for Consultancy Services to Review the Bauchi State Wash Policy Date Added: May 6, 2025 Deadline: 20/05/2025 Category: Consultancy Key Objectives The primary objectives of the policy review are to: Assess the effectiveness of the existing WASH policy in addressing current challenges. Identify gaps and areas that require updating to reflect present realities. Incorporate innovative and sustainable approaches to safely managed WASH service delivery, including climate resilience, sanitation marketing. Align the policy with sub-national, National, and international WASH standards and frameworks (Domesticated M&E Framework and African Sanitation Policy Guidelines). Develop a revised WASH policy to ensure its relevance and effectiveness in WASH service delivery and enhanced public health outcomes in Bauchi State. The review of the Bauchi State WASH policy is a critical step towards ensuring that the policy remains relevant and effective in addressing current and emerging challenges in the WASH sector. By incorporating innovative approaches and best practices, the reviewed policy will contribute to improved sustainable WASH service delivery and enhanced public health outcomes in Bauchi State.
