Special Parameters Of Building Cleaning Are Determined In Section 2 Of The Procedure. The Expected Initials Of The Service In Public Procurement Documents And The Data Of The Areas To Be Cleaned Are Informative. The Area To Be Cleaned Under The Contracts To Be Awarded To The Dbr Is Max. The Amount Of 216.761 M2, Which Is Informative, May Also Be Changed And Expanded During The Contract, If New Facilities Are Owned/Asset, And Organizational Changes Are Made In The Operation Of The Contracting Authority. Institutions To Be Cleaned Under The Contracts To Be Concluded As A Result Of Each Procedure Are Planned By Max. It Has A Floor Area Of 29,500 M2, With A Minimum Planned Floor Area Of 2.330 M2. The Contracts Are Concluded During The Dbrs Existence, But Their Time Scope May Be Exceeded By The Dbr. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Start Several Parallel Bids. Please Note That Applicants For Participation Are That The Dbr In The Present Stage Of The Participation Is The Cbt.
