Refurbishment Work - Works Of Modernization And Energy Efficiency Of The Oituz Sports Hall Of The Western University Of Timisoara - Design And Execution. On The Basis Of The Contract That Is Desired To Be Awarded, Works Of Modernization And Energy Efficiency Of The Oituz Sports Hall Of The Western University Of Timisoara - Design And Execution Will Be Carried Out, According To The Technical Specifications Specified In The Specifications. The Total Estimated Value Without Vat: 4,428,327.08 Lei Will Be Made On A Single Batch, Considering The Degree Of Interdependence Between The Works To Be Executed. The Realization On The Lots Would Make The Contract Difficult From A Technical And Expensive Point Of View In Relation To The Potential Advantages Of The Lottery, And The Activity Of Coordinating The Contractors, According To The Attributed Lots, Would Be Likely To Affect The Management Of The Respective Contracts By The Contracting Authority. In The Total Value Offered, In Addition To The Basic Costs, The Expenses Foreseen Generated By The Price Adjustment Will Be Included, According To The Formula Established Within The Contract. These Possible Adjustments Will Be Foreseen Given The Calculation Formula. Note: The Value Offered Will Also Contain The Possible Foreseeable Adjustments So That The Total Offered Price Will Remain Firm, Structured Expenses According To The General Quote - Annex 7 Of The Gd 1116/2023 Which Has Updated The Hg907/2016 These Possible Adjustments Will Be Foreseen Given The Calculation Formula.
