Government Services - Outsourcing (Incoming Incoming. The Subject Of This Award Measure Is The Procurement Of Services For Posting And Sorting. The Client Are The Public Law State Broadcasting Facilities, The Second German Television (Zdf) And The Deutschlandradio (Dr), Which Are Merged In The Working Group Of The Federal Republic Of Germany (Ard), Represented By The Management Of The Ard, Zdf And Deutschlandradio Contribution Service (Hereinafter Referred To As Contributions Service Or Client). The Contribution Service Intends To Conclude A Service Contract For Providing Partial Services In Inbox Processing In The Clients Premises. The Outsourcing Concerns The Opening And Pre -Sorting Of The Inbox In Order To Provide The Documents In Accordance With The Agreed Service Level Of Processing. The Further Processing Of The Documents Is Not Part Of The Outsourcing. The Service, Which Is To Be Procured With This Objective, Essentially 1. 2. The Distribution Of The Work Stock To The Employees; 3. The Opening And Preparation Of The Post Pieces For Later Scanning; 4.. 5. The Ensuring The Given Quality, E.G. Through Control Procedures And Coordination With The Client; 6. The Provision Of Data For The Billing Of The Service Provided; 7. The Provision And Operation Of The Work Equipment For Your Own Staff; 8. The Training Of The Staff. The Client Provides Rooms At The Location In Cologne For The Provision Of Services. The Service Is To Be Provided By The Contractors Workers Subject To Social Security Contributions In Compliance With The Compliance Guidelines Of The Contribution Service. A Handover Of The Employees In The Sense Of The Aüg To The Client Is Excluded. It Is Intended To Conclude A Service Contract With The Most Economical Bidder With A Festive Term By June 30, 2028. The Contract Is Concluded With A Surcharge. The Early Start Of The Performance Is 01.01.2026. The Client Only Provides A Room With (Strong) Electricity, Light, Heating, Data Network, Inlet And Break Rooms, Sanitary Facilities, Meeting Rooms After Preliminary Notice And Transport Containers And Cars Available For Internal Transport. The Intended Room Is Only Used By The Contractor. Each Bidder Has The Option Of Participating In An On -Site Appointment Offered By The Contribution Service Before Submitting The First An Offer. The On -Site Dates Will Take Place In Early June 2025. Each Bidder Receives A Separate Invitation To The On -Site Visit. The Perception Of The On -Site Appointment Offered By The Contribution Service Is Not Mandatory. The Contractor Has Taken Into Account The Service Described Below
