Home-Help Services-Tendering Of Overall Care Under The Law Of The Elderly As Well As Practical And Personal Help Under The Services Act For Citizens In Their Own Homes. The Tender Includes The Delivery Of Holistic Care Under The Law Of The Elderly As Well As Practical Help And Support And Personal Assistance And Care Under The Services Act To Home -Based Citizens In The City Of Copenhagen. Tasks Covered By The Health Act, Including Assigned Nursing Services, Are Also Included In The Supply, As Well As A Mandatory Option On The Supply Of General Nursing, Which Is Expected To Be Integrated Into Overall Care In Line With Changes In The Health Act. In Principle, An Agreement Is Made With Two Suppliers, And The Extent Of The Services To Be Provided During The Agreements Depend Partly On The Number Of Citizens Visited And Partly On The Citizens Free Choice Of Supplier. The Benefits Include, Among Other Things, Personal Assistance And Care, Support For Necessary Practical Tasks In The Home And Rehabilitation In Case Of Disability Without Affiliation With Hospitalization, Cf. Sections 5, 9, 10 And 11 Of The Elderly Act. The Agreement Covers Both Citizens Over The Age Of 65 Who Are Visited By The Health And Care Administration, And Citizens Under The Age Of 65 Who Are Visited By The Social Services. The Contracting Entity Wants To Enter Into A 6-Year Agreement With An Option On Extension (R) Of Up To 36 Months In Total In Addition To The Stated Contract Period.
