In The Scope Of Part 1: The Development Of The Tourist Area In Piotrowice Is The Following Works: 1) Reconstruction Of The Existing Shelter To The Observation Deck, 2) Arrangement Of Tourist Paths - Construction Of Pedestrian Routes And On Foot, 3) Arrangement Of Resting And Recreation Places - Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, 4) Installation Of Land Lighting Elements Powered From Renewable Energy (Autonomous Solar Lamps) 5) New Plantings And Arrangements Of Greenery Of Native Species, Requirements, Requirements And Conditions For The Execution Of Works Covered By The Contract In Question Were Specified In Executive Projects, Daily Works And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works, Constituting Attachments To This Swz. Projects Constituting Attachments No. 9A And 9B To Swz Have A Wider Scope Than The Execution Of Works Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. In Part 1, Do Not Value The Road Located On Plot No. 368/2. Annex No. 11A - The Bill Of Quantities Contains The Right Scope. The Contractors Obligations Under The Offer And Offer Price Include: 1) The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Project Documentation, Construction Art And The Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Applicable Standards And The Provisions Of The Construction Law, On The Conditions Set Out In This Agreement, And With Due Care And On Contractual Terms; 2) The Contractor Is Responsible For Full Control Of The Works And Quality Of The Materials. The Contractor Will Provide An Appropriate Control System, Including Staff, Laboratory, Equipment, Supply And All Devices Necessary To Take Samples And Materials Of Materials And Works; 3) Submission Before Signing The Contract Of A Copy Of The Building Of The Construction Manager In A Construction And Construction Specialty Or Corresponding To Them Equivalent Building Qualifications Issued On The Basis Of Previously Applicable Provisions, And In The Case Of Foreign Contractors - Construction Rights For Equivalent Management Above Indicated. Caring For The Natural Environment, Including That Waste, Emissions And Pollution From The Construction Site, In Particular Sewage, Dust, Fumes And Noise Were As Low As Possible And Did Not Exceed The Permissible Laws And Did Not Pose A Threat To The Natural Environment; 9) Ordering The Area After The End Of The Works; 10) Repair With Their Administrators; 11) The Contractors Obligations Include Full Geodetic Service Together With The As -Built Inventory Of The Subject Of The Contract.
