The Subject Of The Contract Is The Maintenance And Maintenance Of Green Areas Around The Facilities Of The National Museum In Wrocław And Its Branches: Panorama Of Racławicka And The Ethnographic Museum, Museum Of Contemporary Art And The Museum Depot, According To: 1) Detailed Guidelines Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Hereinafter Referred To As The Opz Constituting Annex 1 To Swz2) Conditions For The Implementation Of The Contract And Qualitative Standards, Hereinafter Referred To As The Execution Standards, Constituting Annex 1A To Swz3) Of The Scope Of Works Specified In The Cost Estimate For The Basic Order Constituting Annex 11 To Swz4) The Scope Of The Work Specified In The Cost Estimate For The Optional Order (Option 1) Constituting Annex 11.1 To Swz.2. Orders Are Covered By The Option Of The Option. Details Of Orders Awarded Under Option 1 And Option 2 Are Set Out In Annex 2 To Swz - Relevant Provisions Of The Contract. 3. Jan Evangelist Purkyni 11, 50-155 Wrocław (Area 2); 3) Conservation And Care Of Greenery And Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The Green Areas Around The Ethnographic Museum Romualda Traugutt 111/113, 50-419 Wrocław (Region 3) Four Domes Ul. Exhibitiona 1, 51-618 Wrocław (Area 4) .5) Conservation And Care Of Greenery And Maintaining The Cleanliness Of The Green Areas Around The Museum Depot Ul. Ołbińska 30, 50-233 Wrocław (Area 5). 4. The Works Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act On Nature Protection And The Provisions In Force In The Maintenance Of Greenery In Facilities Entered In The Register Of Monuments (U S T A W A Of July 23, 2003 On The Protection Of Monuments And Care Over Monuments - Consolidated Text 2024 Item 1292), In Accordance With Gardening, Applicable Standards And Norms, Regulations And Technical Knowledge, In A Manner Ensuring Safety Of Land Users.
