The Subject Of The Contract Is The Implementation Of The Investment Task: Construction/Reconstruction Of Access Roads To Agricultural Land- New Courts. The Scope Of The Task Includes: Reconstruction Of The Access Road To The Fields In Nowe Dwory (Wieleń Commune) (Design And Build), Including: A) The Preparation Of A Multi -Branch Construction Project, Preceded By The Design Concept Approved By The Ordering Party; B) Obtaining A Building Permit Or Notification Of The Commencement Of Works (According To The Construction Law); C) Preparation Of Executive Projects Approved By The Ordering Party; D) Preparation Of A Permanent Traffic Organization Project Along With Obtaining The Required Arrangements; E) Preparing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works; F) Execution Of Construction Works Based On Approved Projects; G) Obtaining A Permit For The Use Of The Facility, If Required By Law; H) Design Documentation Will Be Developed In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Functional And Utility Program. As A Result Of The Work Carried Out, The Employer Is To Obtain An Access Road To Fields Over A Length Of 550 Mb. With An Average Width Of 4.0 M While Maintaining Utility Parameters Saved In The Functional And Functional Program, Constituting An Attachment To Swz. The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Design Formula And Build And Include: • Making A Road Route With A Paved Surface Of 4.0 M, • Surface Drainage With Rainwater Drainage To The Adjacent Unpardoned Area. The Order Applies (Subject To The Requirements Described In Pfu): • Development Of Project Documentation, • Obtaining The Decision Required By Law, Opinions, Arrangements And Permits, Applications (Obtaining A Decision On The Use Permit- If Required), • Execution Of Construction Works, • Performing Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Investment.
