Description Of The Subject Of The Contract: The Scope Of Works Includes: Undertaking Reconstruction Of Water Equipment Located In The Ciasna Commune-Sieraków Śląski Staw Includes The Reconstruction Of The Existing Pond Located In Sieraków Śląski In The Palace And Park Complex Entered In The Register Of Monuments Under The Number A/462. Maintaining The Natural Diversity. The Factual Design Of The Implementation Of The Project Includes:  Deepening The Existing Pond,  Ditch Maintenance,  Insurance Of The Pond Slopes. The Deduction Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular:  Obtaining The Decisions And Arrangements Necessary To Design And Implement The Investment Required By Law, Therefore:  Spatial Development Of The Ciasna Commune - Resolution No. Xlvi/332/2006 Of 26.10.2006 Ruler, The Contracting Authority Does Not Have A Decision On The Environmental Conditions Of The Investment Location. The Contracting Authority Does Not Have A Water -Legal Decision On The Existing Pond,  The Contracting Authority Does Not Have Maps For Design Purposes,  The Contracting Authority Does Not Have Geological Documentation Of The Land Underground. Together With Obtaining A Building Permit Or A Final Notification Of Construction Works, Obtaining A Conservation Permit. Execution Of Construction Works, In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Construction Law, Environmental Protection Law, Water Law And The Act On The Protection Of Monuments And Care For Monumentation Monuments. Project Documentation Should Include:  Land Development Project,  Architectural And Construction Design,  Technical Project, Technical,  Number Of Works,  Investor Cost Estimates. A Thin -Like Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Contains A Bill Of Quantity Of Construction Works Constituting An Attachment To This Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Hereinafter Swz). Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Indicated In Annex 11 To Swz.
