The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Used Rotary Circular Excavator With Annex 1 To Swz. The Contractor Will Notify The Ordering Party In Writing About The Date From Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Ready For Technical And Quality Reception. This Date Should Be Determined At Least 5 Days Before The Date Of Fact, Referred To In Para. 5 The Employer Shall Proceed To Technical And Quality Acceptance Within 3 Days From The Date Of Notification, Provided That The Contractor Is Submitted By The Contractor With A Valid Certificate Of Admission Of The Subject Of The Contract For Use In Fire Protection.
