Swz: 5. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. 5.1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Revitalization Of Basements At The Działyński Palace In Poznań With Drying, Insulating Insulation And Ventilation Construction. 5.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Documentation Being Annex 2, 2A, 3, 4 To Swz.5.3. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Selected Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare And Transfer To The Employer, Without A Separate Remuneration (Except For The Offer Provided For In The Offer) - As -Built Documentation And As -Built Cost Estimate. 5.4. The Selected Contractor Should Be Insured Against Civil Liability During The Implementation Of The Contract In The Scope Of Conducted Activities Related To The Subject Of The Contract On The Conditions Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 5.5. The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place In The Functioning Building (Library, Office, Residential Function), Therefore The Contractor May Carry Out Works Related To The Subject Of The Contract On Business Days From Monday To Friday, From 8.30 To 16:00. Working Days Are Understood On Monday To Friday, Excluding Days Falling On Non -Working Days Specified In The Provision Of Art. 1 Para. 1 Of The Act Of 18 January 1951 On Non -Working Days (Journal Of Laws Of 2020, Item 1920) And Days Considered Free At The Employer. The Employer Allows Other Hours And Dates For Works By The Contractor After Prior Writing To Inform Him And Consent To Perform Works At Other Hours And Dates. 5.6. Loud And Burdensome Works Should Be Carried Out In A Way That Is Most Inconvenient For People Working Or Living In The Building And With Good Neighborly Principles. The Contractor Will Inform The Building Users In Advance, Min. One Business Day By Displaying Advertisements On Each Used Floor With Providing Expected Hours And Dates Of Performing Particularly Loud Or Burdensome Works. 5.7. The Employer Requires At Least A 60-Month Warranty Period For The Works Of Performing, As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration (Indicated In The Offer), Repairing Possible Defects And Defects Arising During The Warranty Period Calculated From The Date Of Signing The Disagreement Report Of The Final Receipt Of The Works, Referred To In § 9 Para. 4 Of The Planned Provisions Of The Contract. 5.8.
