The Subject Of The Order Is The Adaptation Of A Room Intended To Create A Pneumatic Shooting Range And The Purchase And Installation Of A Pneumatic Shooting Range With Rifles And Pneumatic Pistols As Part Of The Task Entitled Shooting Range In The Poviat - Creation Of A Pneumatic Shooting Range At The Poviat Center For Vocational And Continuing Education In Mroczków Gościnny, Co -Financed From The Budget Of The Standawarunes Detailed: 1. Location Of Adaptation, Delivery And Assembly: Poviat Vocational And Continuing Education Center In Mroczków, Mroczków Gościnny 8, 26-300 Opoczno. 2. The Creation Of A Pneumatic Shooting Range As A Construction Object Must Comply With The Provisions Of Art. 3 Points 7 And 7A Of The Act Of 7 July 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended) And Must Meet The Conditions Set Out In Applicable Law. 3. The Supplied Equipment Must Be Properly Packed To Prevent Damage During Delivery. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Equipment Delivered During Transport. In The Event Of Damage, It Is Fully Responsible For The Damage. 4. The Subject Of The Order Is To Be Brand New, Free From Defects, Complete, Ready For Use. 5. The Subject Of The Contract Must Have The Necessary Certificates, Declarations Of Compliance, Approvals And Permits Allowing For Use And Trading On The Polish Market, Which The Contractor Will Confirm In The Offer Form. 6. The Payment Of Remuneration For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place After The Subject Of The Contract On The Basis Of The Acceptance Report Signed By The Parties Without Comments And The Invoice/Account Correctly Issued By The Contractor Within 30 Days Of Its Receipt. 7. The Subject Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Take Place Protocol. The Acceptance Protocol Will Include, At Least: The Name And Address Of The Contractor And The Contracting Authority, The Date Of Receipt Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Statement Whether The Contracting Authority Submits Comments To The Subject Of The Contract Presented To Him, Or Not And The Signatures Of Authorized Representatives Of Both Parties. 8. In A Situation Where The Comments Consisting In The Occurrence Of Defects/Defects Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Are Suitable For Removal, Are Obliged To Remove Them Within 3 Days And Present The Subject Of The Contract For Re -Acceptance During The Acceptance Activities, In Which The Provisions Of 7 Are Used Respectively. 9. In The Event Of Faults/Technical Damage, The Employer Will Sign The Acceptance Report Only After The Contractor Was Removed. The Contract Announcement Is In Swz.
