Tenders Are Invited For Financial And Insurance Services-Selection Of The Founder Of Risk Capital For Investing In The Union Of Ukrainian Start-Ups That Will Develop Their Business Activities In The Czech Republic
Financial And Insurance Services-Selection Of The Founder Of Risk Capital For Investing In The Union Of Ukrainian Start-Ups That Will Develop Their Business Activities In The Czech Republic. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Selection Of Three Financial Intermediaries Who Will Perform The Role Of Fund Managers (Risk Capital Funds). Depending On The Specific, Financial Intermediary, The Financial Intermediary, As The Administrator Of The Risk Capital Fund, Will Manage The Funds From The Holding Fund Created And Managed By The Contracting Authority (Holding Fund) And Possibly From Other Investors, Either Within The Risk Capital, Or Its Individual Portfolio Or The Name Of The Contracting Authority (Fund) Established Or Created For The Purpose Of (A) Coin Investment With Other Investment Structures Managed By A Financial Intermediary Within The Risk Of Risk Capital; And (B) Providing Investment To Final Recipients In Accordance With The Conditions Of The Investment Strategy. Through The Above-Described Financial Instrument Administration, Financial Intermediaries Will Be Able To Manage The Funds Within The Fund For Investment In Innovative Start-Ups, Especially From Countries Negatively Affected By Russian Invasions That Will Develop Their Business Activities In The Czech Republic In Accordance With The Terms Of The Agreed Investment Strategy (Investment Strategy) (Surgical Agreement). The Aim Of The Financial Instrument Described Is To Support Public And Private Investments Through Capital And Quasi-Capital Financial Instruments From Public Sources Based On The Principle Of Return. The Amount Of Allocation Of Funds And The Conditions For Its Change Will Be The Same For All Selected Suppliers. The Contracting Authority Shall Conclude A Separate Operational Agreement With Each Of The Selected Suppliers. The Contracting Authority May Conclude An Operational Agreement With Only One Or Two Selected Suppliers, If The Offer Has Been Submitted Only By One Or Only Two, The Parties To The Tender Or If The Offer Only One Or Only Two, The Parties To The Tender Complies With All Conditions Of The Zzzz And The Contracting Authority Defined In The Tender Documentation.
