Tenders are invited for Consultancy Services for the Implementation of the following Facilities:) A New Rock Phosphate Bulk Stores with Total Capacity of 150,000 Mt with Zero Dead Stock, Reclaimer System, Truck Unloading Facilities, Trucks Weighbridges, Trucks Management System, Pipe Conveyors and All Related Works to Connect with Existing Facilities) at Phosphate Export Port in Aqaba Consultancy Services for the implementation of the following facilities:) a new Rock Phosphate bulk stores with total capacity of 150,000 MT with Zero dead stock, reclaimer system, Truck unloading facilities, trucks weighbridges, Trucks Management System, Pipe conveyors and all related works to connect with existing facilities) at Phosphate Export Port in Aqaba including the followings: Geotechnical and topographical site surveys (management and execution cost to be included) certified by JEA.(2 months). Master plan, Concept design, Preliminary design, Basic design, drawings, specifications, Preliminary Bill of quantities, Cost estimate, Vendor list and preparation of tender documents for the implementation of the project, (6 months). Participation in Tenders Evaluation for implementation project. (1 month) Post Award: supervision of Construction works, Commissioning, start up, and performance testing. (28 months). Jordan Phosphate Mines Company hereby invites local companies or consortium of companies that have experience not less than two similar projects to participate in the tender above or foreign companies (that must form a joint venture with a local company/companies to cover all the required classifications mentioned below by the local company. The consortium (joint venture) contract must be included in the technical offer). Upon the receipt of valid Classification from the Ministry of Works as first grade A category n the field of building construction, valid company professional license and commercial egistration certificate (must be issued within one month) by email (tenders@jpmc.com.jo). JPMC will email its bank account details to the Applicants. Accordingly, the Tender documents will be sent (by e-mai!) against the receipt of a non-refundable fees in the amount of (250JD) deposited into JPMC bank account.
