Tenders are invited for Provision of Turnkey Drilling Service 1. Scope of Work: AL-WAHA is to seek a contractor to provide turnkey drilling and related service in Ahdeb Oilfield. 2. The winner of the tender shall bear a one-time newspaper advertising fee. 3. The amount of bid bond shall be USD200,000.00 and valid for one year counting from bid closing date in the form of Bank Guarantee issued by a bank registered in the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) electronic platform or certified check. 4. If the bidder is willing to participate in this project, please submit a Letter of Intent to obtain the ITB documents and submit the proposal before Iraq time 4:00 PM on May 26th, 2025. 5. All bidders should submit their technical proposal, commercial proposal and bid bond which sealed separately before Iraq time 4:00 PM on May 26th, 2025. Iraq local company should submit: A. Submit copy of all registration documents belonging for the Company and Color copy of Valid ID (Ministry of Planning ID or Chamber of Commerce ID) along with their proposal. Bidders commit to provide all original documents before receiving our Letter of Award. BSubmit a valid Non-Prevention Letter from GCT. C. Submit a valid tax ID from GCT.
