The Municipality Of Capelle Aan Den Ijssel Intends To Start A European Tender For The Technical Real Estate Management Of Its Municipal Buildings. Prior To This Tender, We Want To Come Into Contact With Market Parties Through This Market Consultation To Gain Insights And Experiences The Assignment Concerns The Technical Management Of Around 33 Municipal Buildings, Including Schools, Neighborhood Buildings And Offices. The Municipality Wants To Contract One Main Contractor That Is Responsible For: - Architectural Maintenance (B -Discipline) - Electrical And Mechanical Maintenance (E&W Discipline) If The Main Contractor Does Not Have All Necessary Expertise, It May Use It From Its Own Subcontractors. However, The Municipality Concludes Only One Contract With This Main Contractor. The Assignment Includes The Following Tasks: - Preventive Maintenance - Corrective Maintenance - Planned Maintenance - Nen Inspections
