Oslobygg Kf Has Been Commissioned By The Education Agency In Oslo To Build A New Ellingsrudåsen School. Ellingsrudåsen School Is A Primary School With Three Parallels And Specialized Department, Located At Ellingsrud Center And Subway Station. Existing Buildings Of 5,382 M2 Will Be Demolished, And Two New Buildings Are Built Together By A Bridge In A Separate Building Contract. It Is Expected That A Demolition Permit Is Granted Before Starting Demolition 01.09.25. Temporary School Pavilions On The Site Are Dismantled By Another Company And Will Not Be Part Of The Contract Work. The Building Site Is Available From 04.08.25, And The Demolition Work Can Start 01.09.25. See Contractual Basis Part Ii, Chapter E, Deadlines. The Project Will Be Carried Out As An Emission -Free Construction Site. All Machines Used At The Construction/Construction Site Must Be Emission-Free (Ie Battery Electric, Cable Electric Or Hydrogen) From Construction Start To Completion. All Vehicles Used For The Transport Of Masses To And From The Construction Site Shall From Construction Start Until Completion Be Zero-Emission Vehicles (Ie Battery Electric Or Hydrogen) Or Biogas Vehicles.
