The Ministry Of Defense Announces A Public Procurement On The Grounds Of Art. 18, Para. 1, Item 1 And Para. 2, Art. 20, Para. 1, Item 1, Letter B, Art. 73, Para. 1, Art. 81, Para. 1 And Art. 82, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) For Concluding Framework Agreements For The Delivery Of Tents For The Bulgarian Army (Ba), Modular Type Without Air -Conditioning Systems In Lots As Follows: - Lot # 1 - Delivery Of Tents For Ba, Modular Type With Pneumatic Structure, Without An Air -Conditioning System; - Lot 2 - Delivery Of Ba Tents, Modular Type With Lightweight (Metal) Construction, Without Air Conditioning. Conducting 10 / Ten / People For Operating And Service Composition Of The Ba Tents In Both Lots, According To A Program Agreed With A Representative Of The Contracting Authority. Note: The Training Is Carried Out Once, After Delivery Under The First Specific Contract To A Framework Agreement. The Purpose Of The Order Is To Conclude A Framework Agreements With One Contractor And All The Conditions In Them, Without Subsequently Conducting Internally Competitive Choice. Each Participant Has The Right To Submit An Offer For One Or All Lots Of This Order.
