Volume Of Activities Included In Type I Inspectorate: Type I Inspection Is Carried Out Within A Period Of 33 600 Hours Worked And Includes The Following Activities: Checking The Operating Parameters Of The Turborage, Compared To The Operating Manual And The Operating Parameters After The First Commissioning; Vibration Diagnostics Of Turbo Combat And Adjacent Equipment (Turbine, Generator, Pumps, Engines) Before Braking (Using A Spectral Analyzer); Check By Thermal Image (Insulation, Steam Leakage, Drainage Function); Checking The Work Of Asa; Checking Valves; Main Oil Pump Diagnosis And Rotating Device, Subjective Noise, Vibration And Leakage Assessment; Generator Diagnosis: Subjective Assessment Of Noises, Vibrations And Leaks; Checking The Operation Of The Drainage System, Oil System, Vapor System, Management Of The Turbogenerator Set; Opening, Revision And Repair Of Turbine Bearings, Gearboxes And Generator; Boroscopic (Endoscopic) Inspection Of The Accessible Part Of The Turbine Housing And The Turbine Blades (Body Temperature Less Than 50 ° C, If Applicable); Non -Destructive Check Of The Bearings; Delivery Of The Required Spare Parts And Consumables To Carry Out The Said Repair; Providing An Engineer For Supervision, Supervision And Commissioning.
