The Subject Of This Contract Is: Provision Of External Expert Assistance For The Organization And Management And Provision Of The Necessary Measures For Information And Communication Of The Project Performing Construction Activities And Delivery Of Equipment And Furnishings In Order To Reform The Home For The Elderly Renaissance Ruse , Financed Under A National Plan For Restoration And Sustainability. In Pursuance Of This Public Procurement, The Selected Contractor Should Provide Consulting Services - Organization, Management And Reporting Of The Activities Provided For In The Project, Ensuring The Quality And Timely Implementation And Time -Reporting Of The Project As A Whole, In Accordance With The Terms Of The Project Financing Contract, As Well As To Provide The Necessary Information And Communication Measures. The Chosen Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Overall Organization And Coordination Of The Workflow For Managing And Implementation Of The Project And The Activities Thereto, By Defining, Refining And Distributing Specific Tasks Among Experts. The Main Project Activities Are Recorded In The Technical Specification Of This Order. A Team Of External Experts Selected As A Result Of This Order Will Be Formed To Implement The Approved Project. The Management Team Should Include A Minimum Of 4 Experts With The Necessary Qualifications And Experience. The Public Procurement Will Be Financed Through A Grant Provided By The Recovery And Sustainability Mechanism, The Component Social Inclusion, The Investment Modernization Of Long-Term Care, The Procedure By Directly Providing Specific End Recipients Bg-Rrp-11.010 Conducting Of States And Delivery Of Equipment And Delivery For Implementation Of Investment Bg-Rrp-11.010-0060 Performing Construction Activities And Delivery Of Equipment And Furnishings With A View To Reforming The Home For Old People Revival Ruse. The Following Major Events Are Included In The Scope Of The Public Procurement, Which Should Be Carried Out By The Selected Contractor: 1. Review Of Documents. 2. Monitoring, Control And Coordination For The Implementation Of The Contracts Within The Project. 3. General Management And Reporting Of The Progress Of The Project. 4. Providing The Necessary Measures For Information And Communication Of The Project. The Specific Activities That Belong To The Specified Points Are Detailed In The Technical Specification Of The Order. After The Conclusion Of The Contract, Any Information And Documentation Of The Selected Contractor Needed To Implement The Agreed Activities Will Be Provided.
