Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Specific Medical Devices And Consumables For The Department Of Endovascular Neurosurgery At The Clinic Of Neurosurgery At The University Hospital St. Anna - Sofia Ad - Part Two
The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Specific Medical Devices And Consumables For The Department Of Endovascular Neurosurgery To The Clinic Of Neurosurgery At The University Hospital St. Anna - Sofia Ad On A Preliminary Written Request, In Accordance With The Specification Attached To The Documentation For Participation In The Procedure. The Deadline For Execution Of The Contract Is 24 (Twenty -Four) Months, With Periodic Delivery, Depending On The Needs Of The Contracting Authority. The Delivery Time Is At The Proposal Of The Participant In Calendar Days, But Not More Than 3 Calendar Days From Receipt Of A Written Request From The Contracting Authority. The Procedure Covers 20 Lots. Offers Can Be Submitted: - For The Whole Procedure - For One Or More Lots. The Participant Submits Only One Offer In Accordance With The Conditions Specified In The Documentation For Participation. The Offered Medical Devices And Consumables Should Meet The Parameters Set Out In The Specification Prepared By The Contracting Authority. To Their Technical Proposal, Each Participant Should Apply The Following Documents, Which Are An Integral Part: 1. Catalog Of The Manufacturer Of The Offered Medical Devices - To Indicate The Specific Model /Catalog Number /, Which Shows The Compliance Of The Offered Medical Devices And Consumables With The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority Set Out In The Technical Specification. 2. Authorization/Authorization Letter Valid At The Date Of Submission Of The Offer By The Company Manufacturer Or Its Representative Or Authorized Person Issued In The Name Of The Participant Providing The Right To Trade His Products. When The Letter Is Issued By A Representative Or Authorized Person Of The Manufacturer, A Document Shall Also Be Submitted By The Manufacturer Certifying The Representative Power Of Those Persons/Companies. This Procedure Will Be Carried Out Under The Conditions Of Article 74, Paragraph 4 Of The Public Procurement Act.
