The Dynamic Procurement System Includes The Implementation Of Alterations To The University Of Oulu And Oulu University Of Applied Sciences As Separately Competitive Contracts. One Project Will Be Competed Separately Within The Dynamic Procurement System And All Operators Approved For The System Have The Opportunity To Participate In Tenders.
