The Offer Relates To An Operating Agreement For The Full Operation Of The Two (2) Municipal Care Centers Aabybro Nursing Home And Birkelse Nursing Center Located In Jammerbugt Municipality. It Is A Prerequisite For The Conclusion Of The Contract That The Tenderer Creates A Self -Governing Institution Per Year. Care Center For The Purpose Of Operating The Care Centers On Operating Agreements, Cf. The Contract. This Means That The Operation Of The Care Centers Must, To The Greatest Extent Possible, Devote The Municipal Care Centers With The Same Conditions And Finances As The Municipal. These Terms Are Shown In The Total Tender Basis. The Two (2) Care Centers Are Centrally Located In Jammerbugt Municipality With Only 4.3 Kms Distance From Each Other And Approx. 20 Min. Driving From Aalborg. The Care Centers Are Close To Both City And Nature. At Aabybro Nursing Home There Are 45 Homes, Of Which 43 Homes Are One-Room Homes Of An Average Of Approx. 66 M2, And 2 Two-Room Housing Of 82 M2 (Spouse Housing), Both Incl. Common Areas. The Paving Rate In 2024 Was 95.4 % At Birkelse Nursing Center There Are 22 One-Room Nursing Homes, Each Of Which Has An Area Of 58-60 M2 Incl. Common Areas. The Coating Rate In 2024 Was 94.5 %.
