Scope of Works The Construction of: - 2 Classrooms 24x24 - Administrative Office with Bathroom 20x24 - 24x24Bathroom Male and Female each 4-seater - Basement Storage area 24x24 - 3 Car Parking Area - Retaining Wall Varying Height The duration of the Works is six (6) months All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of One Hundred and Fifty Thousand Jamaican Dollars (J$150,000.00). The bidding process is conducted according to the procedures specified in the Procurement Procedures for Projects Financed by CDB (January 2021), as published on CDBs website and is open to all bidders from eligible countries.
