1. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Design And Execution Of Construction Works In The Design And Build System Within The Meaning Of The Act Of 7 July 1994. - Construction Law As Part Of The Task: Renovation And Adaptation Of The Building For The Creation Of Two New Apartments Assisted / Hereinafter Referred To As Robots / As Part Of The Project Entitled Development Of Social And Health Services And Housing In The Prusice Commune Implemented By The Prusice Commune From Funds European Funds For Lower Silesia 2021-2027.2. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Comprehensive Implementation Of The Investment In The Form Of Making Project Documentation Together With Obtaining The Final Decision On The Building Permit And Other Necessary Formal And Legal Decisions, Including The Permits For The Use Of The Works Performed (If Required) And The Implementation Of The Task Consisting In The Adaptation Of The Ground Floor Of The Service And Housing Building In Prusice On Plot No. 18/2 To The New Function By Waking Walls, Erecting New Partition Walls-Separating Two Apartments-Separating Two Apartments Protective, Thermomodernization, Replacement Of Electrical, Sewage And Heating Installations, Replacement Of Heating Source, Replacement Of Window And Door Joinery, Adaptation Of Sanitary And Hygiene And Sanitary Rooms, Floor Replacement, Painting. Local Vision Is Required, And The Information Provided In The Functional And Utility Program Does Not Release From The Need To Carry Out A Local Vision In The Field And To Include Other Not Provided For Technical And Construction Regulations. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Divided Into Two Stages And Includes: 1St Stage: 1) The Implementation Of Project Documentation Together With The Necessary Industry Arrangements, Complete From The Point Of View Of The Purpose It Is To Serve And Meet The Applicable Provisions Of The Construction Law, Technical And Construction Provisions, Related Regulations And Norms. Obtaining A Final Decision On The Permit To Implement The Task Of Adapting The Ground Floor Of A Service And Housing Building In Prusice On Plot No. 18/2 To The New Function. The Scope Of This Task Includes: A) Drawing Up A Construction Project; B) Preparation Of Technical Projects; C) Obtaining Final Arrangements From The Provincial Conservator Of Monuments; D) Obtaining Binding Arrangements With Media Suppliers And Communication Service; E) Preparing Technical Specifications; Stage Ii: 2) Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Developed Documentation Together With The Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Project (A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specifies The Functional And Utility Program With Attachments, To The Extent Described For The Task) Anda) Effectively Submitting The Object To Use, B) Execution And Handing Over To The Ordering Party With Complete Award Documentation (All Industries) With
