The Subject Of The Order Consists In The Modernization Of The Sports Complex Created As Part Of The Moje Playground Orlik 2012 Program In Zarzecz And Consists Of Four Elements: 1) A Multi -Functional Pitch With Polyurethane Surface. The Existing Pitch With Polyurethane Surface Due To The Technical Condition Is Intended For Renovation. Dimensions Of The Pitch 19.1 M X 31.1 M. The Scope Of Renovation Work Of The Pitch Includes: Replacement Of The Foundation, Edges, Polyurethane Surfaces, Painting Of The Pitches (Basketball, Tennis, Volleyball), Assembly Of New Pitch Equipment (Bars And Volleyball Grid, Tennis, Basketball Baskets) .2). It Is Designed To Make A Pitch With Natural Grassy Surface For 44 M X 22 M. The Existing Container Is Intended For Demolition Due To The Technical Condition. In Its Place, The Construction Of An Economic And Sanitary Container Is Designed. The Scope Of Work Includes: Demolition Of The Existing Container, Construction Of A New Container Housing The Utility Room And Toilet For The Disabled, The Use Of Existing Water-Sewage And Electric Connections. 4) Lighting. The Existing Lighting Of The Orlik Pitch And Multi -Functional Pitch Is Intended For Demolition And Assembly Of New Lighting Fittings. For The Designed Grassy Pitch, New Lighting Is Designed. The Scope Of Work Includes Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures On Existing Columns, Lighting Of The Pitch With Power Supply. 2. The Investment Area Is Located In Zarzecze, Zarzecze Commune - The Objects In Question Will Be Located On Part Of Plots No. 973/14 And 973/29. Currently, The Area For Designed And Modernized Facilities Is Built By The Sports Complex Orlik 20212 With Synthetic Grass Surface, A Multi -Functional Polyurethane Pitch, Partly A Sports Stadium And A Treadmill And Is Covered With Grass. The Investment Area Is Not Covered By The Local Spatial Development Plan, So The Location Of The Facility Will Require An Appropriate Decision On The Location Of Public Purpose Investment. 3. The Task Will Be Performed In The Design-Make Formula. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Project Documentation Based On Inventory And Local Vision.
