1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Renovation Of The Existing Gas Installation Located In The Cps Building At Ul. Świętojerska 12A In Warsaw (00-236). 2. The Takeover Referred To In Para. 1, Is Located In The Area Of The Municipal Register Of Monuments. The Building In Question Is Located In Warsaw At Ul. Świętojerska 12A On Plot No. 68, Precinct 5-02-05. It Is A Free -Standing, Three -Storey Building, With One Underground Floor And A Non -Usable Attic/ Ventilated Flat Roof. The Building Built On A Set Similar To A Rectangle Measuring 44.04 X 19.02 M. 3. As Part Of The Task, An Internal Gas Installation Leading From The Main Tap To Gas Supplies Located In Individual Kitchen Rooms Will Be Renovated. The Existing Building Has Gas Installation Supplying Gas To Gas Stoves. Gas Receivers Are Located On The Second Floor Of The Building In The Kitchen Rooms, These Are Three Four -Boots And Two Single -Boat Stools. Mechanical Ventilation Hoods Are Installed Above The Stoves. The Main Gas Tap Is Located Outside The Building. 4. Technical Parameters Of The Building: 1) A Target Of The Building - 7 770.0 M3; 2) Building Area - 710.0 M2; 3) Total Usable Area - 1 993.53 M2; 4) Building Height Ceiling Above The Usable Floors - 9.93 M; 5) Height Of The Building To The Ridge - 12.40 M; 6) Number Of Undergonements - 7) Above -Ground - 3.5. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Include: 1) Disabling Gas Supply To The Building; 2) Blowing The Installation With Inert Gas; 3) Dismantling The Entire Gas Installation, Levels And Verticals In The Entire Building (Leaving Only Gas Receivers In The Kitchen); 4) Dismantling The Approach To The Gas Meter; 5) Culverts In The Walls And The Ceiling; 6) Collateral For Ceiling; 7) Forging And Bricklaying, Go Through The Partitions Along With Finishing Works; 8) Performing A New Installation; 9) Cleaning Of Pipelines; 10) Performing Measurements Of Installation Tightness; 11) Anti -Corrosive Painting Of The Installation; 12) Regulation Of Gas Receivers; 13) Delivery And Assembly Of The Connection Box On The Wall Of The Building; 14) Resumption Of Gas Delivery To The Building. 6. The Contracting Authority Informs That In The Course Of The Works, The Contractor Must Maintain The Continuity Of The Kitchen Functioning During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract. In The Absence Of The Employers Access From Access To Gas Receivers, The Contractor Will Present And Provide A Replacement Solution. 7. The Contractor Will Prepare And Transfer To The Employer As -Built Documentation, In Paper Version In 1 (One) Copy In The Described Binder. 8. The Detailed Scope Of Works And The Standard Of Execution Was Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 10 To Swz And The Pre -City Of Works, Which Is Annex 11 To Swz. 9. The Contractor Grants The Employer A Quality Guarantee For Completed Construction Works And Materials Used For A Period Of 36 Months, From The Date Of Signing Of The Non -Abusing
