1. Name Of The Task: Renovation Of The Pavement Along Poviat Road No. 4757P And 4766P Hill Clergy Towards Żaków. 2. The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of The Pavement In Górka Clergy Gm. Lipno. The Detailed Scope Of The Investment Is Described In Point 3 And Are Presented In The Technical Documentation - Annex 10 To Swz.3. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Includes:- Demolition Of The Pavement And Exits From Paving Stones And Paving Slabs On The Section: Poviat Road No. 4757P From Km 3+494 To Km 3+602 District District No. 4766P From Km 0+000 To Km 0+576;- Demolition Pavement,- Removal Of Shrubs In A Collision With Renovated Elements,- Drainage Under The Pavement And Descents,- Construction Of A Foundation For The Pavement And Downhill,- Embedding The Invasted Road Curbs And Concrete Edges On A Concrete Bench With Resistance,- Laying The Pavement Surface And Cobblestones In Various Colors, In Relation To The Previously Renovated Chodnik,- The Distribution Of Fertile Soil And Sowing Grass,- Ordering The Area After Completed Work. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Constitute Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Mandatory. Failure To Meet The Above The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.4 Act. Warranty And Warranty:- Required Warranty Period For The Completed Scope Of The Contract- Min. 36 Months - Max. 60 Months, - Required Warranty Period For The Subject Of The Contract - Min. 36 Months - Max. 60 Months.
