The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Partial Repairs - Non -Mate And Summer Patching Of Potholes And Defects In Poviat Roads In The Oświęcim Poviat In 2025. Part 1 - Covers Poviat Roads In The Commune And City Of Brzeszcze, Commune And City Of Chełmek, Oświęcim Communes, The City Of Oświęcim; It Consists Of Two Stages Of Implementation (The So -Called Emergency And Summer Stage). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And The Conditions For The Implementation Of The Works Are Determined By: • Technical Specification • List Of Roads • Premier Works • Public Procurement Contract Provisions, Which Will Be Introduced To The Content Of This Contract, The Works Will Be Received Protocols For A Given Time, Within 14 Working Days From The Date To The Ordering Party. If The Documents Of The Order Would Indicate Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes The Products Provided By A Specific Contractor (The Contracting Authority Cannot Describe The Subject Of The Order In Sufficiently Precise And Understandable Way) And Could Lead To Privileging Or Eliminating Certain Contractors Or Products, In Accordance With Art. 99 Pzp, Allows The Assembly Of Equivalent Products. All Products From Specific Manufacturers Specify The Minimum Quality Parameters And Utility Features That The Offered Products Must Meet To Meet The Requirements Set By The Contracting Authority And Are Only A Quality Pattern Of The Subject Of The Contract. By A Provision Regarding The Minimum Requirements Of Quality Parameters, The Contracting Authority Understands The Requirements Of The Products Contained, Among Others In Generally Available Sources, Catalogs, On The Websites Of Manufacturers. Operating Sample Names Is Only Aimed At Clarifying The Level Of Expectations Of The Employer In Relation To A Specific Solution. Thus, Using Product Names Is Only An Exemplary Nature. The Contracting Authority, Indicating The Designation Of A Specific Product, At The Same Time Allows Equivalent Products With Quality Parameters And Functional Features, At Least At The Level Of Parameters Of The Indicated Product, Thus Recognizing Each Product With Indicated Parameters Or Better.
