Tenders Are Invited For Preparation And Operation Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (Pszok)

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of A Service Involving The Preparation And Service Of The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point, Hereinafter Referred To As Pszok. 2. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Prepare Pszok, Taking Into Account The Following Conditions: 1) Pszok Will Be Located Within The Administrative Boundaries Of The Knurów Commune Or At A Distance Of Not More Than 5 Km From The Administrative Border Of Knurów, Measured By Public Roads, At The Address Indicated In The Contract And Place Of Its Location During The Period Of The Contract Will Not Change. The Contractor Will Declare That The Property On Which The Pszok Will Be Organized Was Indicated In The Application For Obtaining Permission To Collect Waste. 2) The Above -Mentioned Location Of The Facility Will Allow Easy Access To All Residents Of The Knurów Commune, Free Access For Cars Supplying And Collecting Waste, And The Possibility Of Parking The Vehicle At Or In Pszok. 3) The Place Of Waste Intake Will Be Marked In A Visible Manner And Equipped With An Information Board, Which Will Include Pszok Regulations, Contractors Data And A List Of Waste Taken. 4) Pszok Should Include Social And Warehouse Rooms, Hardened Component, Fence, Lighting And Should Be Protected Against Unauthorized Access. 5) Pszok Equipment Will Take Into Account The Sufficient Number Of Containers/Containers Adapted To The Selective Collection Of Individual Types Of Waste Taken Referred To In Paragraph 9 Point 1), The Invasion Weight With A Tonnage Enabling Weighing Vehicles Entering And Leaving Pszok, As Well As A Weight Enabling Weighing Smaller Amounts Of Precipitation Supplied With An Accuracy Of 1 Kilogram. Weights Must Have A Legalization Certificate. 6) Pszok Will Be Equipped With A Telephone With A Fixed Number, A Computer With Internet Access And A Barcode Reader During The Contract Period. 7) The Contractor Will Use A Free Pszok Electronic Service System Made Available By The Employer, Hereinafter Referred To As E-Pszok, Which Operates Using A Web Browser On Desktop Or Portable Computers (Laptops) With The Windows 7 (Minimum) Operating System And A Constant Internet Connection. 3. The Contractor Will Develop And Transfer To The Employer To Approve Pszok Regulations, Which After Approval, The Contractor Will Publish On His Website And Post On The Information Board Referred To Above. 4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Report The Pszok Pozok Readiness To The Employer To Take Waste By 15.06.2025. 2 To 20.06.2025 6. A Report Will Be Prepared From Control Activities. In The Event Of A Notification To The Report By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove The Irregularities Found By 25.06.2025. Confirmation Of The Removal Of Irregularities Will Take Place On 30.06.2025 At The Latest On The Basis Of The Inspection And A Written Protocol. If The Control Shows That The Contractor Has Not Removed The Reported Reservations, The Contracting Authority Will Consider That
