Technical Assistance Services-Technical Assistance For The Coordination Of The Two Actions Of The Individual Measure For West Africa-2025: Action 1 Better Manage Migrations In Louest Africa And Action 2 Liberating The Potential Of Youth In Africa. The Services Market For Which This Market Notice Is Subject To Selecting Technical Assistance To Support The West Africa Geographic Unit - From The Dg Intpa In Brussels In The Coordination Of The Two Additional Actions. These Two Actions Aim To Improve Migration Management And Stimulate Green Socio-Economic Development In The Dafrique Partner Countries Of Louest. More Specifically, The First Action Will Help Improve The Sustainability Of Migration Management Systems In The Countries Concerned, By Placing The Rights Of Migrants, In Particular Return, At The Center Of Concerns. The Second Action Will Aim To Improve The Linclusion Of Young People, Tempted By Migration Or Return Migrants, By Promoting Employment, Access To Finance Around Sectors Of The Green Economy. The Referencing Systems Of Return Migrants Supported By The First Action Should Feed, In Part, The Public Targeted By The Second Action. This Synergy Is Essential For The Success Of These Actions. Technical Assistance Will Have Tasks, Among Others: - To Ensure The Follow -Up Of The Expected Results (Collection, Analysis And Restitution Of Information), In Particular By Ensuring The Complementarity Of The 2 Actions; - To Ensure The Capitalization And Dissemination Of Learned Lessons, And Propose, If Necessary, Additional Studies For The Management Of Actions; - To Prepare, On A Logistical And Content Level, The Strategic Steering Committees Covering The 2 Actions; - To Ensure The Communication And Visibility Of Actions.
