Telecommunications Services - Broadband Services Of Helsingin Asisusikeus Oy. The Agreement Is Subject To Broadband Services (Hereinafter Referred To As The Service) For The Sites Of Helsingin Asisisoikeus Oy (Including Haso, Subscriber, Contracting Entity). The Service Subject To The Agreement Is Divided Into The Basic Service In Accordance With Annex 1 (4) And To The Additional Services Under Paragraph 5. In Addition, The Procurement Includes The Implementation And Maintenance Of Broadband Subscriptions In The Club Rooms Of Real Estate, As Well As For The Establishment And Maintenance Of Property Automation. All Haso Items And The Housing And Club Rooms That Are Subject To Purchasing Are Identified In The Target List Annex To The Invitation To Tender. The Contracting Entity Selects One (1) Supplier With Whom The Contract Is Concluded. A Selected Supplier May Also Be A Group Of Tenderers. The Subject Of The Acquisition Is Not Divided Into Parts, As The Acquisition Forms A Single Entity In This Form And The Division Of Parts Would Make The Procurement Technically Impossible. The Amount Of Procurement Provided In The Invitation To Tender Is Estimated And The Contract Does Not Constitute The Obligation To Purchase The Customer Or The Exclusive Right To Provide The Service Provider. The Supplier Must Offer The Whole. Parts Offers Will Not Be Accepted. Alternative Offers Will Not Be Accepted. Parallel Offers Will Not Be Accepted.
