The Advertised Service Includes The Disposal Of The Washed Filter Ash From The Flue Gas Cleaning For Deposit And Transport. The Service Is Agreed For The Term From November 1, 2025 To December 31, 2028. The Awarding Authority Has The One -Sided Option To Extend The Contract Once By One Calendar Year, I.E. To Extend It Until December 31, 2029. A Corresponding Declaration Must Be Sent In Writing To The Providers By June 30, 2028 At The Latest. Due To The Experience From Past Tenders And The Narrow Capacities Of The Landfills, There Is The Possibility To Promote The Competition For The Sub -Quantities Defined In The Documents (Tranches) Each Year. In Addition To The Disposal, There Is The Possibility To Offer The Transport Of The Filter Ash To The Landfill. Since The Future Landfills And Their Locations Are Not Yet Known, We Need Data Described In More Detail For The Total Cost Calculation In The Documentation. Also Based On The Experience From Past Tenders, The Transport Including All Additional Costs Is Mandatory For Landfills Abroad. This Is In Particular To Ensure The Expertise Related To Um Charging, Willingness And Other Any Special Regulations Abroad.
